Check the words around your name

A positive recommendation, neutral list entry and warning are different outcomes. Inspect the original wording and the buyer question before deciding what a sentiment label means. Keep ambiguous cases for human review.

Separate an error from an opinion

Compare factual claims with current product documentation. An obsolete integration claim may be correctable; an assistant preferring a competitor is not automatically an error. Record the disputed detail and the evidence that supports a correction.

Turn a finding into a page task

If the answer repeats old pricing, check the current pricing page and any documentation you maintain. Make the billing period and limits clear, then repeat the observation over time. Updating a source cannot force an assistant to change its response.

Using this in Seeqly

Start with a campaign and review the questions against the audience you want to understand. Inspect individual results before sharing a summary. See the campaign planning guide for a worked approach.

Coverage, run frequency and account limits depend on your plan. Check current pricing for the available options. Monitoring records answers under particular conditions; it does not guarantee recommendations or traffic.
