“Aarvi Skin, US” is one campaign. “Aarvi Skin, UK” is a second.
Prompt
One buyer question you track, such as “best sunscreen for oily skin”. It runs every day on every AI assistant in your plan.
We never charge per answer collected.
AI engine
An AI assistant we ask your prompts: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok.
Each engine answers the same prompt differently, so each is tracked separately.

Is there a free trial?
Basic has a 7-day free trial. We hold a card but charge nothing until day 8. Advance and Pro are billed from day one and covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: ask for a full refund from Settings in the first week.
Why do you ask for a card up front?
It keeps spam accounts out, so real teams get faster runs. On Basic nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel inside 7 days you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial or refund window ends?
On Basic, the card on file is charged on day 8 and the subscription continues. On Advance and Pro nothing changes at day 7; the plan renews on its normal monthly or annual cycle.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, so you do not lose anything mid-month.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Every invoice is downloadable from Settings, Billing. Teams in India can also pay by UPI and NetBanking.
What if I track more prompts than my plan allows?
We never charge overages automatically. You see a warning at 80% and a hard limit at 100%, then upgrade in one click or pause prompts.
Do you offer annual or custom plans?
Annual billing is available on every plan and saves 17%. For 25+ brands, dedicated success, SSO or custom integrations, talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings, Billing, in one click. Unused time on an annual plan is refunded, prorated to the day.
