Who the creator program is for
People who explain marketing and search to a professional audience.
Long-form creators covering SEO, content and marketing tools.
Writers who want original data to anchor an issue.
People who study how AI assistants choose sources.
When AI answers a buying question, is your content cited?
Buyers now ask assistants questions like “best CRM for a small agency” or “is this tool worth it?”. The answer leans on a handful of sources, often creators’ reviews, videos and posts. When yours is one of them, your opinion is part of the decision. In practice, creator content is becoming the new backlink: assistants lean on reviews, videos and threads the way search engines once leaned on links.
Share of voice is the part of those citations that goes to you. If assistants answer 50 buying questions in your niche and cite creators 200 times in total, and your content is cited 36 times, your share of voice is 18%. It shows how much of the buying conversation runs through you rather than other creators.
It is a sample, not a census. Answers change with the question, the assistant and the day, so the useful number is the trend across many answers over time.

Six ways to be cited more often.
None of these is a trick, and none comes with a guarantee. They make it easier for assistants to find you, understand what you are known for, and trust you enough to repeat.
- 1Be known for one clear thing
Use the same short description of your expertise on your website, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast pages and guest-author bios. Assistants piece a person together from many pages, and consistent wording makes it easier for them to connect those pages to you.
- 2Give AI one page that is about you
A simple about page with your full name, the topics you cover, your credentials and links to every profile you run. Adding Person schema with
sameAslinks tells crawlers which profiles belong to you. - 3Publish things worth repeating
Original numbers, clear definitions, named frameworks and dated examples. Assistants tend to repeat specific, checkable statements far more often than general opinion.
- 4Show up where assistants already look
Guest posts, podcast appearances, newsletter features, roundups, community threads and “best people to follow” lists. Check which sources AI cites for your topic, and aim to be mentioned there.
- 5Keep your best work current
Assistants that search the web prefer recent pages. Refresh your most important posts with a visible date and new examples, rather than letting them age.
- 6Measure the same questions every month
Pick 20 to 50 questions your audience actually asks, track who gets named, and compare month on month. One answer proves little. A trend across many answers does.
What the program does for you.
See how often Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other assistants name you for the questions your audience asks, and who they name instead.
Dated, sourced data on AI answers in your niche gives you posts, videos and newsletter issues built on something new.
Original data gets quoted and linked. Those mentions are the same signals assistants rely on, so good research can lift your own share of voice over time.
Show partners how often AI names you in your field, alongside your audience numbers, with the method behind every figure.
